I’m a writer and an aspiring indie iOS app developer, currently learning iOS app development.
My primary computer is my M4 iPad Pro. The iPad has been my main computer since 2020.
Even when learning iOS development, I rely on my iPad. I use Swift Playgrounds to practice logic and the Udemy app to follow along with lessons.
However, when using an IDE for Swift (Xcode), the iPad has nothing to offer. That’s when I turn to my powerhouse — the M1 Pro MacBook Pro 16-inch. Right now, coding takes up about 10% of my work, but that percentage will increase as I advance in my journey.
So, I can safely say that my iPad is my main computer. Not just my main computer — it’s the backbone of my life. Every time I use it, I feel a strong sense of confidence, like I’m holding a powerful tool that helps me tackle anything.
