Why I Stopped Having Nightmares?
Work, Relationships, Health — 3 Important Elements of Life!
I was going through my older journals, and I came across a dream journal, specifically one about my mother.
In this dream, I witnessed someone attempting to harm my mother’s nose with a knife, and abruptly shaving it off. My mother was in distress, and I could only watch helplessly.
Upon waking up, relief washed over me. It was just a dream.
Reflecting on it while perusing my journal, I realised that these types of dreams have ceased over the past year or so.
Why?
Because I’ve consciously started to focus equally on three crucial elements of life: Work, Relationships, and Health.
Overhauling my life after leaving the 9-to-5 routine made all the difference. I shifted my attention to the other two aspects, not just fixating on work.
