Why 99% of People Fail To Execute a Well-Made Plan (I was in that 99%)?
Don’t Just Plan, Start!
I’ve been diving into these grand plans on “How to Become a Blogger,” making sure to jot down even the tiniest details.
So, I set the start date for the upcoming Monday and the end date for some Sunday.
Thinking about that specific Sunday, I’d officially become a blogger, and boy, did the excitement hit me hard.
But, hold on, on the second day of putting my brilliant plan into action, it felt like I was trying to run a marathon without warming up. Too intense! So, I decided to take it easy, a more laid-back approach.
Then comes the twist — I decide to be a blogger two months after my original end date. Changed the whole plan and, to be honest, felt like a genius.
Started afresh on the next Monday, going strong for three days. Guess what happened on the fourth day? I needed a break. So, I thought, why not jazz up the plan with some chill time, adding breaks.
But wait, there’s more! I tacked on an extra month to my last end date, convinced it was THE PLAN! Spoiler alert: it ended up in the archives within a week. Failed mission.
Story of my life, really. I’ve been making these kinds of plans since my childhood.
