Me as a Father! — Dec’2023!

A goal may be the same for different people, but the path to achieving it has to be unique. Trying to follow someone else’s path can lead you away from your own objectives.

I’m thankful for several positive events in my life:

  • Born in my family, who shaped me into who I am.
  • Marrying my wife, who complements me and makes up for my shortcomings.
  • Pursuing engineering, giving me the confidence to achieve anything.
  • Riding a two-wheeler at the age of eight, discovering my passion for driving and riding.

These events remain positive in my memory and continue to bring me joy.

Now, let me share three not-so-good events that, in hindsight, I realise happened for a good reason.

Rejection from a Government Bank Job

In 2015, while seeking a secure job, I aimed for the prestigious civil service examination in India (UPSC).

Realising soon enough that it was beyond my reach, I shifted my focus to bank jobs.

Although I cracked the written exam, I got rejected in the interview. This left me feeling lost, but it led me to a private job at a startup.
